Payment Terms

All projects require an initial payment to begin work. The total amount due on the project determines the number of additional payments that are needed. Work on a project will not begin or continue until payments have cleared.

Turnaround Times

Turnaround times vary based on the project scope, the current workload and the availability of the client and/or the materials needed to complete a project.

Rush Jobs

Rush jobs are new projects requests made within 5 business days of the deadline. Additional fees are applied to all rush jobs. Depending on the project, fees with either be an additional $25/hr or and an additional 10% on the total project cost.

Payment Methods

Payments can be made via cash, check, direct deposit, or credit/debit cards via Venmo or PayPal. All PayPal transactions will include a 4% processing fee.

Discounts

We offer a 25% discount to non-profit organizations that are certified by the IRS as 501(c)3 tax exempt organizations. For additional discounts, please check out our referral and loyalty programs below.

Preferred Contact Method

I’m available for calls, in-person or online meetings M-F from noon until 6:00 PM EST. Any other times, my preferred method of communication is email. Consultations

Initial 30-minute consultations are free. For any time beyond 30 minutes, an hourly rate of $100 will be charged.

Support

While I’m willing to answer quick questions to offer support and assistance to my clients, charges will occur once a client has accrued a cumulative total of 30 minutes of my time.
